Fellow Firefighter's, just a little background on myself. I was born and raised in Butte and began my Emergency Service career in 1981, working for a private ambulance company reaching EMT-I Level. I then had the great fortune to be hired on with the Butte-Silver Bow Fire Dept in Nov of 1993. I worked my way up the perennial ladder to the rank of Capt in 2001 and to my current position of Battalion Chief in Jan of 2008. I began my interest in statewide fire issues soon after being hired and have had the pleasure of being elected to a Vice-President position with the MT State Council of Professional Firefighter's and in July of 2003 was elected to the current position of Secretary-Treasurer of the MT State Firemen's Association. I have had the great privledge to be able to serve my fellow friends and Firemen and have thoroughly enjoyed every minute and hope to continue for years to come.
